I'm finally able to purchase an enclosed trailer. I'm looking to find out for those that have purchased an enclosed trailer, what you wish you would have done differently, or what you couldn't live without.

Right now, I am looking at a 28' enclosed trailer with cabinetry, and possibly A/C. Not sure if the A/C is worth it or not. I may be using it as sleeping quarters as well.
