I'm no expert, and I don't have mine assembled yet but I just bought the Scat 98112bi from Summit. My combo sounds very similar to yours, with my ported 974 iron heads I have it figured at at or just under 11-1 comp .with a .040 head gasket. The kit was just under $1500 and every thing looked very nice.
