My guess would be that all the available front receiver hitches probably use the factory mounting holes for the factory tow hooks. I would want to have the receiver mounted against the frame, the you may be able to use longer bolts to hold the tow hooks against the receiver hitch. Be aware that you will probably reduce the amount of capacity the receiver can handle, and use grade 8 bolts, torqued to specs. You may also have to modify your tow hooks to clear the receiver hitch.
If I remember tomorrow, I will look in my receiver hitch book to see if any of the manufacturers make allowances for the tow hooks. Gene
