Yes, but he wants one to fit with his tow hooks. When I did mine (couldn't find one to work with tow hooks then either) I got a hidden hitch with a couple of loops that could be used as tow hooks. Although they don't look near as sturdy as the factory accessory hooks.

If you're dead set on it working with the hooks I think you'll have to fab something. 2¢
