I'm thinking they shipped the wrong harness or made them wrong ?? pic's would help
the relay is supposed to be on the LF fender panel between the battery and shock tower. Can you compare to the old harness ??
The old harness looks exactly the same as the new one except that the brown wire for the relay is way to short.
They said they have sold them for years that way with no complaints. I don't see much option other than to splice in a longer brown wire to make it work.
I would send them a pic of the two harnesses and the engine compartment / relay location.
