That's very similar to my Ray Barton spec'd cam. Mine is a flat solid 565/547 with 250 @ .050 in at 111*. My engine is 540" with MCH ported edelbrocks fed by the dual plane Indy intake and a 1050 Dominator.

It idles at 850 and made 697hp @ 6,800 on the engine dyno.

How much cam to run in these hot street engines comes down to how much horsepower do you want to make and how rough an idle and loss of drive-ability are you willing to put up with to get there. Your converter and gear will help to offset those issues if you go with a bigger cam.

How fast your car will be will largely depend on your tires/suspension. Hooking on the street is a real challenge with anything close to 700hp. Street tires are useless, drag radials are a bare minimum, and slicks likely necessary for all-out blasts.

For my needs, this is a good combo. The idle is bumpy enough to sound like a Hemi but the idle and off idle is not a pain to deal with while driving around. And 700 ponies moves the Cuda right along.

Master, again and still
