My experience:

I have a 493 CI 440; used the Eagle stroker kit from Mancini. Each cylinder had to be notched at the bottom to clear the crank counterweights.

We also use a Moroso deep sump oil pan oil pickup The modifiction to the pickup make it all work was fairly extensive.

All work done a pro builder. I could prob dig up pics of the cylinder notching and perhaps the pickup work if you need it.
