It's a 1970 block with a standard stroke factory steel crank, .030 over. Forged Diamond flat tops with the 440 Source tapered I-beam rods. The heads are the 440 Stealth units with a port and bowl cleanup/blend job. These were the first run so I upgraded the retainers and locks as well as adding a second inner spring for the roller cam. The cam is a CompCams HighEnergy retro hydraulic roller. Lift is .538/int, .534/ex, dur is .224/int, .230/ex @ .050, 106' centerline with 110' lobe seperation. The advertised rpm range for the cam is 1,800 to 5,800 which should be just right for the street. The pistons will be at zero deck and the heads are untouched at 84cc. This will give me exactly 10.0 to 1 static CR. The intake is factory six pack with the carbs prepped by ProMax w/jettable plates in the outboards. The exhaust will be factory Hipos with 2.5" all the way back. The trans is a Tremec 5 spd with a Dana 60 out back with 3.54's. I will eventually get it back on the chassis dyno once it's together but I'm going to guess that it will be around 450hp at the flywheel, maybe a hair more. The torque should be somewhere in the Oh $^*! range!
