It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, you don't even have to jack it up.

The quickest way for me it to buzz off the bolts on the bottom and for the top use a 12-18" long extension with a deepwell, place it over the nut/stud pull it towards you, the stud snaps and the shock falls out on the floor, repeat on the other side.

If you get really bored check the balljoints, if it has more than 50k they probably need replaced too.
