It depends on how much power you want to make. I've tried both the '337 and Indy 4500 on my Stg 6/MW/B-engine and the Indy makes more power. That's using a Holley 1150. The '337 is intended to be a shorter intake though. My 4500 adapter makes it the same height as the Indy. Run the '337 with a 4150 and it would probably fit under most hoods. The indy with a slightly angle-milled carb flange fits under my '68 Barracuda hood with about 2-1/2" clearance. The '337 is the same with a customized 4500 adapter.
