J Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 22,696 Bitopia	I like the exchange in the link you posted, however, the devil is in the details, the Congressman from the great state of Ga focused on "race cars", the EPA is saying a certified vehicle cannot be converted into a "race car" and thereby made exempt from regulations, they are still on two different pages. Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
