after cutting the bottom out did the sealed battery come out easly? More or less. Once you cut around the perimeter the only thing holding the battery in the case is the two cables (which are relatively short). The tricky part is reaching the lug bolts to disconnect the cables from the battery. Once disconnected, the battery drops out.
