I have run the FF carbon metallic shoes on the rear and they are nice... shame they are no longer available. Organics should do fine on the rear for street and drag use... just not the best for repeated HS stops as in road race track. That said, if your current rear shoes have at least 1/3 lining and work, I'd leave them alone.

For the fronts, I would want something better than organics... at least a semi mettalic. I have run performance friction carbon metallic and EBC yellow for street and road track. Both work well though need one stop to warm up and fully bite. Rock Auto seems to list several pad options... if they have a Raybestos semi metallic to fit your calipers, that would be my suggestion.
