Tell him to install 11/32 solid bronze guides. Then have him install exhaust seats. BUT MAKE SURE he understands not cut the seats too deep. About .250 max. Some shops don't know that you can cut down the seat that is not needed. Then buy some cheap 2.14 1.81 (depending on the engine you want to use heads on) stainless valves . If they know anything about Mopar heads have him do some minor port work. You will have a nice set of heads . I am working on a set 915 for myself. BTW I just worked on a set of stealth heads. They are not ready to run out of the box. They are still a great value and we should all be greatful that we have them as an option. But the valve job and guides need to be looked at very closely. Hope this helps. The reason that shops try to cut corners is because of sticker shock, they know you will be told to just buy new heads.
