A true street car does not need to be worked on every stop on a trip period. Should be capable of being driven a 1000 miles or more without much more the fuel and or oil check That being said No the 405's cars are not really street cars except for farm truck and azn but that show is good entertainment and just plain fun to watch as we head into winter
Have you SEEN the Farmtruck up close. It has a very trick aftermarket front tubular suspension. Nascar style "truck arm" rear suspension and a 632, high compression, nitrous motor. It is no more an everyday street ride than any of the others. It has just as much "race" stuff as the others, just a truck body covering it all up.
