get a parts house 4 pin ECU & you need no less than 1.5 ohms (coil/ballast combined) with your coil and ballast choices. And a vac adv dist & it'd be a good time to mod it; reduce lower shaft end play to .005" toss the heavy spring with the elongated loop on one end. mr gasket and MP have light springs. The wiring diagram is in the archives but do not connect the yellow starter relay "ign" wire to the ballast as they show. If there is no ported vac source on that carb then plug in the can to manifold/set initial to ~18 then shorten the slots to get 35 (set/checked with can capped) then plug the can back in. if you have ported exact same thing (procedure) ex the 18 will be the initial with no contribution from the can at idle
