The fitment on your windage tray is sloppy. Needs to be closer to the crank, but I still don't know if the bends in your pickup will clear. Try to install the pickup tube first and then slide the tray back into position.
I would actually try the non-stroker tray with the 4.25 arm and 2.20 rod journal. I bet it is close enough that you could easily clearance the tray at the rub points.
I use the MP pick-up with the "six-pack" pan without issue. Be sure to also pre-check that the dip stick actually clears the windage tray.
