I showed up for about an hour just to watch. The track looked to me to be slippery. Many cars were spinning including Rons Valiant. Its normally wheels up and it just spun. Still ran killer though. I got to see Thumperdart make a pass. I just wasnt there long enough to talk to anybody. I got there at 7:50 and left at 9:00. I had to wake up for work at 3:00.
I would be in for going to Famoso. I love that track. Im in the process of putting another engine together for my brothers car. Should have some more steam. Anyways, the air was cool and seemed dry which is all good, but the traction seemed less than desireable. I watched many cars that usually hook good just spin the tires.
