I don't know who grinds them for Hughes but they are the most serious ramps I've seen cut for any Hydraulic roller.....they're almost square and they're on a pretty small base circle...in fact when I looked at it I said "no way the lifter will ride this without collapsing the hydraulic plunger"....7200 RPM later I have to say that for my motor I give very little away to a solid roller (except lift maxes out around .600) and with the Chaps flowing more at .500 than most heads flow at .650 it's a perfect fit for my mostly street car. In fact most people don't believe it's a hydraulic at all...they shake their heads and say "no way a juicer rev's that quick".

I was all set to buy a solid until I saw these, yeah they cost but they work and I figured since i already had the Hydraulic lifters overall I still came out ahead...as long as they deliver...I feel like they do IN SPADES!!
