I'd go 4.10...it's only a ~5% difference and you can always opt to run a taller tire to knock it down to an Effective 3.91 if you were'nt 100% sold on it. Conversely If you didn't like the 3.91 I doubt you'd want to consider running a shorter tire to get an Effective 4.10.
