Oh, I almost forgot...the Eagle rod is too narrow on the big end to get the rod side clearance within factory specs without crank mods.

If you're OK with extra rod side clearance then the Eagle rods are for you.

The Eagles don't come with the oil squirt hole like the factory rod...that may explain the narrow design...or it could be that they simply used a casting from the BBC rod....hell if I know.
