I'm a huge fan of the quieter gerator vane pumps such as the HP125 Holley or Mallory 140 along with a 100 micron filter. And also running a return line system! Just run one GOOD electric pump with return and it will last for years! Do it once, do it right.

Of course use a return style regulator and I'm a fan of -8AN single line to the carb with the inline gauge and another 40 micron filter.

Remember, same size line up & back (1/2" with your future add-ons). Simple with the new 1/2" stock pickup tubes for stock tanks now (Vansauto.com). Most of the tanks have an "extra" vent line you can use for the return- or with a new tank, weld on a bung & fitting for it.
