Beadlocks are on both sides is what I've been told by someone who runs them OP, try mounting the tires without screws, make a small white mark, dab, on the rim and tire at the valve stem and watch how much the tires moves, I usually rotate my tires after 10 to 20 runs and IF the tires have slipped some they will slip back the other way to where it starts Mark down how many runs it takes to get them back to where they started and then decide if you want to rotate them again or wait awhile longer
