Sorry you weren't able to speak w/anyone at Eastwood. I know when I had issues w/mine they were very helpful. They sent out different parts 3 times trying to correct the problems. It just never worked for me.
My post was simply to suggest calling. As far as the spelling I could care less it was just part of a quote that I disagreed with. Maybe I should have just copied the part I disagreed with.

Didn't see anyone bash the unit just said they would return it. I understand why it was purchased and I tried the same unit myself. Just got fed up w/it not working and went a different direction. Hope in the end all wks out for you.
