69 B's can be just about anywhere along the trunk lip.



I haven't tried on the passenger side yet, and all the trunk seal is mostly gone, but I'll get down to bare metal if necessary.



I have personally never seen them any where other than the driver's side seal flange running along the quarter panel. Generally in the middle-ish.
