If you want that specific distributor (#3438348), it is probably hard to find because it was used only on '70 440-6 4spd cars built after Jan 1/70. There was an NOS one for '70 440-6 4spd cars built before Jan 1/70 on ebay a few weeks ago that sold for $500.

If one for a different year/transmission 440-6 is acceptable, you may have better luck finding one.
