At altitude, your net mechanical compression will be about 8.0 to 1, not 10.5 to 1. Your cranking compression will likely be in the high 6's with that cam. It'll be a decent street car with the cubes, and it'll run on cheap pump gas but you'll be leaving a good bit on the table.
