This is Canada. We have 10% of the population that the US has. Given that there are probably only 10 Mopar specialty shops in the entire US, an even ratio would give us ONE in Canada. An that's probably Tim Banning who is backed up a year with hemis.

That said, there are plenty of shops around with the skills to machine and assemble a motor. But you need to do SOME research on your own as to what goes in that motor.
