A kit that utilized a production turbo - such as two turbos off a power stroke ford or Buick or cummins ( more knowledgeable people will know which ones are more ideal) - something people take off a production vehicle for an upgrade -may increase your chances.
People buy the kit from you and pick up the turbos from craigslist ........ You could supply them as an option I think that would appeal to more people
