What happened to the 3.23 geared "street car" ?

Be Cool doesn't have one for you? They are pretty spendy but seem to be well built.
Regarding all of the strict requirements you state, you may have describes a "custom" application that absolutely nobody has on a shelf anywhere. The market just isn't there for it.
Griffin radiators are durable and well built. I had to have brackets welded to it to make it fit my car along with an external ATF cooler. I saved a bunch of money and it has never overheated. I know that Glen Ray makes both stock and stock appearing radiators for Mopars. You may get lucky and find that they will build a 3 core with stock tanks that will fit without mods, but I doubt they have them sitting there in stock.
