That is unfortunate, especially needing to flat bed it back home. Pretty rough sharing the same road with trucks.

I was on I80 heading to work years ago just before the I55 bridge. Right in my lane was a metal ramp from a landscaping trailer(the kind with the mesh on it) get the Dynasty in the other lane whats in front of me now...the other ramp from the trailer. Wasn't pretty the car spun 180 degrees and I backed up into the grassy divider, only flattened one tire so I was able to get to work. Others lost more than one tire and were stranded.

Then 2 years ago I had the 72 Runner at Power Tour at U of I and a friend had his 68 300 ragtop. We were heading home at night fortunate for us a semi truck took out the deer that was on the highway. Greg got some blood and guts on his 300. After I seen him make that maneuver to get around the spinning deer I had plenty of time to change lanes.
