Yes a 4-link can be driven on the street, but for the slight ajustability advantage, it may not be worth sacrificing the better ride of the leaf springs.


A consideration for a "street car" is a triangulated 4 link, similar to a G body or a Mustang. I actually have that under a Challenger. I used Mustang type arms with urethane ends and the end can turn. Built custom brackets. The triangulated bar eliminate the need for a locator or a wishbone. With a good shock, the ride is 10 times better than buggy springs and at the track, a 4 bar is a 4 bar
