You MIGHT want to look at 1/16" pipe.. but first see
if you can find 1/16" tubing.. that way you could
leave it open without any restriction... I run 1/16"
pipe to 1/16" compression for my EGT probes... but
first look at availability and cost.. you might end
up going with 1/8"... if you want to restrict you can
braze or solder the end of the brass 1/8" fitting
and drilling to what you want.. I run .062 holes in
my bushed lifter bores with push rod oiling and EDM
holes in the lifters to oil the rollers.. thats more
than enough oiling.. the builder suggested .040 but
I told him .062.. I should have listened to the pro
but I'm not having any problems
EDIT
on most 1/8" tubing the ID is .062 so you can just
leave it that
