I know these are not B bodies but I would think B&E cars would be the same for California.
These two tags are from a couple of 1970 cudas I have, a 440+6 & 440 4bbl. Both cars are 4 speeds both cars have n95 but the shaker car has turned down exhaust. I was told years ago that if you had fresh air intake the tips would be deleted for noise reduction.
