I'm sure it would make more than 600 on the dyno with dyno headers, cold water, hot oil, etc. But in the car you're probably looking at 475 to 525 hp at the rear tires on a chassis dyno. Should be a fun ride. That cam should work really well with all of those cubic inches. It should have a fairly mild idle and pull hard to 6000 rpm.

You can always kill some bottom end torque and increase the top end power by swapping on a good single plane intake. The Mopar 337 intake should fit under the hood and it will make more power than the Indy DP. Torque would probably drop off down in the off idle area though.
