Thank you for the info. I am using spar varnish and lots of it. I did use POR-15 whitecote on the cab door sil areas and will use it on the box flanges as well. I guess if the spar varnish does not stay serviceable I will hit them with the POR-15.


If you follow Horkey's finish process it's quite involved but holds up well.
