Robert is correct the F body spindles will bolt right in place. Make sure your old drum brakes were 10" (big ball joint) otherwise you may have to change upper control arms.
You also want to double check the bolt pattern as some bodies did receive the 4" drum brakes up into the middle 70's. The only ones I've seen were 4 doors.
