If it runs and moves under its own power, and has the required paperwork to make it license-able, its worth 2x what it is as a project shell. I was going to add a line about the amount of rust the truck has, but then I saw where you are located, you guys don't know what rust issues are, so that would have been a mute point.

We sold a wore out, but solid body 56 panel,(In the IL rust belt) that was licensed and drove, for $2500, several years ago. The real life market is somewhat limited for them.

Cleaned up with proper paper work, $2500-$3000.
Running but not driving slant 6/3 speed, add another $500 (at most), that drive train may actually be a liability.
Able to drive around the block (and stop), add another $500.
Highway capable with all the above, $4000-$5000.
Show quality. ??? how bad does someone want it.
No paper work, not cleaned up, not running- $500-$1000, assuming its mostly complete and not missing huge chunks of metal.
Your biggest problem will be getting it from where its at to where someone wants it to be, and that could be a deal breaker. Lots of people like to walk around something and kick the tires, there is a huge drawback to paying someone to haul it home if its more then a couple hours away. Gene
