Not from the factory you can't. It is very possible that people upgraded their M body cars with 11.75 rotors since it is an easy swap but the factory never put the bigger rotors on any of the FMJ cars even though they could've. It would have been a great option for the factory to offer but Chrysler didn't really get into offering good brakes or good suspension packages for some reason.
