With all the OPTIONs - WAG I'd bet the car came with "redline" POLYGLAS tires (but it could have been any of these 3).

1969 musclecar b-bodies (with STANDARD 383HP 4bbl & 440HP 4bbl engines):
T83 Goodyear "SPEEDWAY" red stripe F70-14 - STANDARD (nylon cord tire) * some Firestone WIDE OVALs have been found during the model year
T82 Goodyear "SPEEDWAY" white stripe F70-14 - OPTIONAL no/charge (nylon cord tire) * some Firestone WIDE OVALs have been found during the model year
T85 Goodyear "POLYGLAS" red stripe F70-14 - OPTIONAL $26.45 (fiberglass belted tire)

The "SPEEDWAY" or "WIDE OVAL" tire of the 1968-'69 vintage was the redline tire everyone remembers that got less than 20k miles. The POLYGLAS was a huge improvement.
I don't believe Firestone got a 60 or 70 series fiberglass belted OE installed production tire (still branded "WIDE OVAL") until mid-'70 model year (& NOT on a MOPAR).
