I have a 64 sweptline truck that has rust inside the doors and on the truck bed, etc. I realize I can cut out the rust and make patch panels for some of the areas. But what about for large items and rust inside doors, around body seams on the cab, etc? Blasting would remove all the accessable surface rust...but not the surface rust down in the doors, etc. I don't want to just cover it up....I want to remove as much rust as possible. They make no/few replacements panels for many of the areas I need to repair....so I can't easily replace whole panels and finding rust free replacements as been tough....
