Did a back to back test last fall between M1 Dominator and Victor with 4150 base and an adapter. Did two baselines then made the switch.
Car was ( at that time) 71 Cuda,440,3100# and saw approx .070 difference ( better with Victor). I cant say that the Victor or the adapter made the difference. Both these intakes were bone stock untouched. I did think the Victor ran smoother however, but didnt equate to any giant ET. I suspect the extra velocity and plenum area made the biggest difference.
