I just painted this 69 Charger... there is over $1100 in top coat materials alone, not to mention about 300 hundred hours in bodywork and more hundreds $$ in filler, primers, sanpaper etc.. part of the expense is the huge jump in materials cost over the last few years.. It was like $45 for a bottle of compound to buff the paint..
