As far as a radiator I've had good luck with the Champions radiators sold on E Bay. Pick the biggest one that will fit without major modifications.

For fans my recommendation would depend on how the majority of the miles will be put on it. If it;s mostly highway or non-stop and go miles a 7 Blade fan and Haden Heavy Duty (thick)fan clutch would probably be best. They hit lockup at 210 degrees and even during the summers down here I haven;t had an engine get above that. If you hit stopped traffic or very slow moving traffic, you may have to throw it in a lower gear or even neutral though to flow enough air to keep the engine cool.

If you get into that type of traffic on a regular basis then my suggestion would be to get the best electric fan you can find instead of a mechanical one.

In either case use a fan shroud.
