Well the TQ will need to be tuned properly then, but the AVS off a 383 is far too small. Even still, you should have been in the 14s.

First thing though, I couldnt find specs for a Sneider 270H but based on the 270 advertised it cant have more than [Email]220@.050[/Email] and you should be shifting it around 5000 most likely. The low compression will slow it down, but youve got decent stall and youre not overcammed for any compression you can possibly have. Even if its 8:1 it should be capable of mid 14s. Whats your initial and total timing?
