The 2 spindles are exactly the same except for the height, I assume the wagon has 11" brakes ? If so all you need to do is put the caliper adapter from the wagon onto the A body spindle and put the larger rotor on it .
Be careful with brake bias running the big discs with the 11" rear drums .
