I think this is the 6th A/C-heater blower motor resistor to go into the "wide-open" mode in the last 4-5 years? Maybe I'm getting a voltage spike or who knows what's making them go bad????

I'm getting a little tired of replacing them.............but on the good side I bought the "life-time" guarantee Duralast one from Autozone so now it only costs me the time and fuel to the AZ store and with a 1/4 nut driver and less than 10-minutes I can R&R it like a pro Just wish I could figure out why it goes bad so often?

It's my wife's 2001 Town & Country Limited with all the bells and whistles 3.8 liter V6, dual air, etc.. this is the resistor: (any help would be greatly appreciated THANKS! in advance
