I bought a 75 Runner brand new, 400, 4 bbl with single exhaust and the Challenger exhaust tip. You could also get a dual exhaust 400, 4 bbl but it had a smaller gas tank. None of the Canadian cars had cats in 75 and I don't think the US ones did either but I could be wrong. All 75 GM's had cats though I think.
