I believe the last 3 digits are G34. I believe that Goodyear used "01" & "91" to distinguish between plants I & II in Akron, OH before 1970. In '70 it was "NK" (and later ""MA") for plant I vs. "NB" (and later "MB") for plant II.
In 1970 they went to the format on James' tire. Calendar year 1971 DOT mandated a standardized coding for all tire manufacturers.
It is a F60-15 RWL. You are right - it is G34
