Curt Of course you could weld up the holes and re-drill them, just not too much fun I've repaired my own for eons.. Stainless steel round stock and drilled out for the pin size... and cut them at 1/2" lengths. Then I weld 2 per hinge to give the stock pins support at the bad area and plus... they will never wear out Mostly have to repair only one door hinge(large one) and also.. it's hidden
